Great experience

The condominium has been developing since 2007 directly in the heart of the Blue Zone of Longevity in the province of Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Today, there are 23 houses in the protected area of WILD ACRES VILLAGE. The safety and peace of mind of our clients is guaranteed!

Our territory

The territory of the community is surrounded by a small mountain river, which, however, bears the name Great River (Rio Grande). Also here you can meet many unusual animals. Among them are monkeys, iguanas, armadillos, pesotes and an abundance of birds, some of which are listed in the Red Book. The diversity of the plant world will also surprise you! We have especially many fruit trees: mangoes, marañon, oranges, lemons, papaya, bananas, coconuts and others.
